Webinar: Effective Problem-Solving Methodology - Apollo RCA Revolutionize Your Problem-Solving Approach with the Apollo RCA Methodology with RC PRO™
Erudite Marketing had done it again! We are grateful for the support of the community and the opportunity to advocate for Effective Problem-Solving as the first installment of our series of webinars for the year. The webinar was a great success with participants gaining valuable insights into the Apollo Root Cause Analysis (ARCA) methodology and RC Pro™ software. The webinar was conducted on Jan. 25, 2023 at 9:00 am and was led by Fadi Elias Rahal, President of Apollonian Publication LLC. The participants were introduced to a new way of problem-solving technique – the Apollo RCA Methodology.
The webinar began with an introduction by the moderator, followed by a comprehensive overview of problem solving. The expert speaker, Fadi Elias Rahal, then introduced the participants to the Apollo Root Cause Analysis Methodology, which was developed in the mid-1980s by Dean L. Gano. ARCA was created due to the lack of a consistent and effective problem-solving method available at the time. Since its introduction, ARCA has continued to evolve and is now used globally across many industries and organizations.
Fadi also shared with the participants the application of Apollo RCA Methodology of Cause and Effect Principle using RC Pro ™ software. The software includes tools that make problem-solving more efficient and effective. To know more about the different functionalities of RC Pro™ software please visit this link. The Apollo RCA methodology and RC Pro™ software provide a simple, structured, and highly effective approach to solving manufacturing, reliability, and EH&S issues. The participants also received a PDF copy of “Seven Steps To Effective Problem-Solving and Strategies for Personal Success” by Dean Gano, further enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the ARCA methodology.
