Five Pillars of Maintenance and Reliability Excellence- Based on CMRP BoK
Reliability & Maintenance Excellence is a 5-day, interactive training course designed to provide candidates sitting for the CMRP exam with the basic understanding of the five pillars of Maintenance and Reliability. Each section of the course covers elements of the five areas of the SMRP CMRP Body of Knowledge (BoK). Many individuals experience tremendous stress taking exams, at the end of each section, we provide a series of sample test questions that will prepare the exam taker and allow them to feel more comfortable and confident during the exam.
Cat. 2 Basic Machinery Vibration
A unique 5-day weekday course (October 7,8,9,10,11) on BMV that prepares attendees to perform basic vibration analysis on industrial machinery using single-channel measurements, with or without trigger signals, according to established and recognized procedures. It covers the basics of sensors, database and data collector setup, data collection, signal processing, fault analysis, and basics of single plane balancing. It is partial preparation for the Vibration Analyst Category II Certification Exam. The workshops and demonstrations scheduled throughout the training course are used to illustrate theory and applications.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Excellence Course
