Asset Condition Management
Transformer: Operation, Maintenance, & Diagnostics
This course provides a foundational understanding of the internal and external elements of the transformer, the essentials of transformer operation and maintenance implementation and related industry standards. It covers the chemical, mechanical and electrical components of the transformer, the purpose and operating characteristics of these components, the significant requirements and methods for maintenance, and the major testing involved in maintenance.
Industry 4.0: Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning
The training course exists of 5 modules and an assignment in 4 days. Participants will learn how to use data analytics to be able to monitor and predict maintenance needs. In addition, to be knowledgeable of the required processes and phases from data preparation up to interpretation and presentation of the findings.
Modular Course: Condition Based Maintenance Fundamentals VILT
Zoom ChannelThis introduction to condition monitoring gives an understanding of the effectiveness of condition monitoring and
the various technologies it encompasses. It follows the methods and procedures defined in ISO 17359 and includes an introduction into vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, thermography, and ultrasound.
Modular Course: Vibration Analysis of Motors, Pumps, & Fans – including Rolling Element Bearing Analysis
This course will provide you with a solid understanding of vibration analysis fundamentals, measurements, diagnosing common machinery faults and running a good condition monitoring program. Test questions and assignments in between sessions, as practical application of the learning, will be incorporated in order to gauge your learning.
Modular Course: Gearbox Vibration Resonance and Timewave Form Analysis
Zoom ChannelGearboxes are one of the most critical components in many plants; either because of their replacement cost and lead time, and/or because of the criticality of their service. They also pose significant challenges for vibration analysts. Collecting waveforms and spectra that will indicate the presence of a fault, and accurately diagnose the nature and severity of the fault, can test the skills of most analysts. In this training, we will utilize a range of animations and activities to complement theory with applications demonstrating spectra, waveforms, time synchronous averaging, and autocorrelation o diagnose faults.
Modular Course: Online Vibration Monitoring for Journal Bearing Application
Zoom ChannelThe condition of your rolling element bearings plays a critical role when managing your rotating machinery’s overall health. A single bearing failure lone an cause machine shutdown, resulting in costly downtime and production loss. This training aims to address the competency gap in interpreting vibration data plots, understanding the sources of rotating machinery vibration, and recognizing common machinery malfunctions.
Risk and Asset Management Review based on CAMA BoK
Citadines Bay City Manila , PhilippinesThis three-day training program offers a thorough overview of the ISO55000 Asset Management and ISO 31000 Risk Management Standards. The long-term success of an organization relies on many things, from continually assessing and updating its strategies to optimizing its processes and equipment. As if this were not enough of a challenge, they also need to account for the unexpected in managing risk.
